Apple releases iOS 6.0.2 update!

ios621218

Apple has just released iOS 6.0.2 update to eligible devices(eligible devices after the break). The update fixes long lasting Wi-Fi connectivity bug. Apple has tried to fox the issue in previous update, but the bug seemed to be too hard to fix with one update. There’s not much details on what else this update will include than the Wi-Fi bug fix.

The update is available now or in the near future in either iTunes or Software update in your iOS device.

Microsoft will be releasing Windows Phone 8 update called “Portico” in this month!

nokialumia920

Nokia Care US has posted a Tweet(after the break) to a customer about some trouble he was having with reset, etc. Microsoft is going to release Windows Phone 8 update called “Portico” to fix issues such as stability and reboot issues. SMS drafts and call rejection are also included in “Portico”.

It’s still unclear that will the update be universal and does it introduce stability fixes across WP8 devices as well, or is it just for Nokia Lumia smartphones. HTC 8X already got an update, but it was just Microsoft’s plan to test OTA system. The “Portico” update for Windows Phone 8 is believed to arrive in this month, but the date is still unknown.
