Nokia Lumia with 41MP camera launching in U.S this summer!
It’s been rumored for a while now that Nokia is launching Lumia smartphone with 41MP camera, and the codename for the device is “EOS”. “EOS” Lumia would have improved design and an upgraded PureView camera, and it would be launched later this year. Now, sources speaking to The Guardian confirmed the existence of the device and it’s scheduled launch in the U.S this summer. It’s also rumored that AT&T would be the first carrier in the U.S to get the device. Nokia ofcourse told that they don’t want to comment “on market rumors or speculation.”
Samsung Galaxy S2 to get Android Jelly Bean update in February!
If you are one of those Samsung Galaxy S2 owners, you’re going to be very happy in February. Samsung is reportedly releasing Android Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S2 devices in February. According to the report from GSMArena, Samsung spokesperson told to Cnet that Galaxy S2 smartphone will get the Android Jelly Bean update in early February in Singapore and it will be launched in other regions soon after. The update will arrive to GT-I9100, and also to U.S variants i777 (for AT&T) and the T989 (for T-Mobile). Samsung has recently also told that Galaxy S2 device has shipped more than 40 million times since it’s launch on April 2011.
Nexus 7 dock to become available in Europe and in U.S this month!
It’s been rumored for a while now, that ASUS made dock for Nexus 7 would be launched in Europe and U.S. There’s now some good news for all you Nexus 7 owners. According to report from dutch site AndroidWorld.nl, ASUS made dock for Nexus 7 will arrive in mid-January to Europe with price tag of 29.99€. In U.S B&H Photo, started to accept pre-orders in im December, is now showing expected availability date of January 10th.
Nexus 7 dock connects to the device with pogo pins and allows it to connect to other devices through microUSB and headphone jack.
HTC confirms the Windows Phone 8S will not be coming to US!
Wondering of buying HTC’s lower priced Windows Phone 8S? Well there’s some bad news. While everybody is still waiting pricing and availability around the globe, HTC announced that they won’t bring Windows Phone 8S to US. Company didn’t tell specific reason why they won’t make it available in US, but it’s believed that company wants to concentrate to it’s high-end Windows Phone 8X.
Here is HTC’s statement:
“The Windows Phone 8X by HTC is our signature Windows Phone available at AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless in the U.S. With our focus on the Windows Phone 8X by HTC, the Windows Phone 8S is not currently planned for distribution in the U.S. market.”

T-Mobile USA Galaxy S3 getting Jelly Bean update today!
There’s some great news for T-Mobile customers in U.S., if you have Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone, there’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update ready for you. The update is available via OTA, and the version is T999UVDLJA. T-Mobile’s update follows Sprint’s Galaxy S3 update a couple of weeks back.
Now there will be new features available for U.S. T-Mobile Galaxy S3 customers including Project Butter, Google Now, new notifications center and many more. There’s also new TouchWiz features available including blocking Mode and new AllShare cast sharing. Check out the update from you device update section in your Galaxy S3 device.

96% of Nokia Lumia 900 users in U.S Loves it!
WPCentral reports that 96% of Nokia Lumia 900 users in U.S Loves their smartphone. Nokia’s Nielsen study reveals that 42% of Nokia Lumia 900 users thinks that it’s much better phone than any other phone in the market, and 49% that it’s better than any phone. 7% thinks that is as good as any other phone and only 2% thinks that it’s worst than other phones.
95% of the users told that they would recommend Lumia 900 to others and 85% would buy it again. Two thirds of the users whose answered this study were AT&T customers. Nokia also released pink Nokia Lumia 900 exclusively to AT&T.
Nokia Lumia 900 gets praised a lot in blogs and magazines, but even of this positive praise Nokia couldn’t sell Nokia Lumia devices as they expected.
