ASUS launches Qube with Google TV!
ASUS enters the Google TV competition with it’s latest innovation, Qube. Qube is Google TV device that lets users access to Android apps, movies, TV and more, and it can be controlled via smartphone or tablet app. It also allows user to use motion control and voice search features, ASUS claims that Qube is the first Google TV device that lets user to do that. Qube with Google TV also includes 50GB of ASUS WebStorage as standard.

WSJ: Apple in ‘early stage’ of testing TV set designs!
Apple is in ‘early stage’ of testing TV set designs, according to report from WSJ. Report also tells that Apple is working with Foxconn and Sharp to test designs for a TV set. This kind of rumors have been out there many years now, but surely this must be the most solid information that there is as it comes from WSJ. As we all know, WSJ report from the supply chain is often the first sign that Apple is designing new product, and that the company is serious about it.
The project seems to be still in early stages, with one source saying about the TV “isn’t a formal project yet.”

Apple launches iTunes 11, adds MiniPlayer and multiple new features!
Apple has just launched iTunes 11. iTunes 11 launch was first scheduled to October, but was re-scheduled due to issues which required re-building. New iTunes 11 includes new interface, which simplifies view and shows exactly what you want to see in your iTunes. Expanded view, which shows one of your selected albums in expanded view.
iTunes 11 also includes revamped MiniPlayer, which has new feature, it can now show song which is next on the play list by clicking the Up Next button, and you can also search your collection and choose another song – without having to open your library.
iTunes Store looks also totally different, it’s been redesigned for Mac, iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. “Easy-to-browse shelves serve up popular music, movies, TV shows, and more“.
iCloud is also integrated more in itunes 11.
iTunes 11 is now available in Mac App Store as software update.

Google (GOOG) has updated it’s Google TV to version 3.0. New update brings voice search, PrimeTime and YouTube add to your Google TV. New update will start to roll out this week to LG devices and later to other devices.

Watch This: How Samsung designs it’s Smart TV’s!
Have you ever wondered how Samsung designs it’s Smart Tv’s? Wonder no more, SamsungTomorrow just released YouTube video, which shows what goes into of designing of Smart TV. The video is similar as was Galaxy S3 design video. The video is made of how to design Samsung’s 75-inch $9,999 ES9000 smart TV, the final design of the ES9000 was apparently selected from 15,000 different drawings. The signature “Rose Gold” color was created after staggering 24,000 hours of work. Check out the ES9000 design video from below.

Samsung partners with Spotify, brings streaming music to it’s 2012 Smart TVs!
Samsung (005930) announces that they have teamed up with Spotify, and they are bringing the service to it’s 2012 Smart TV’s in Europe. Spotify brings new app designed for Samsung’s Smart TV’s. Software will arrive later this year with existing Premium users finding their playlists already syncing, for those who are new to the service they will get a short free trial. Samsung is also planning to bring the service onto it’s Blu-ray players and Home Theater systems. New Spotify App will be available initially on the Samsung Smart TV 2012 E series. LG launche SP820N media streaming box, it changes your old Tv to a Smart-Tv. SP820N media streaming box has media center, internet browser and Premium-services, which guarantees limitless entertainment experience. The device comes with new LG Magic Remote, which makes using the browser and Smart-Tv menu easier. LG Magic Remote is motion detection remote. LG Magic Remote has predefined movements and carries out certain commands. LG also says that they released new LG Magic app to use your smartphone as remote control, app is available for Android and iOS devices.

Now it’s Confirmed, Netflix Comes To Finland!!
Netflix has confirmed that it’s expanding to northern Europe. This year Netflix comes to Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Company didn’t tell anything about pricing, features or supported devices, but they told that they will give more information soon. In Ireland pricing is 6,99€, so i think the pricing would be almost the same. Rumors are saying that Netflix is coming to Finland in October with 14000 movies and tv-series. You can sign up to Netflix here
Netflix is the biggest internet movie and Tv-serie stream company. It has more than 27 million monthly users in North and South America, UK and Ireland. You can watch all the movies inside company’s site and pay once a month a fee. You can watch movies in your smartphone, computer(Pc and Mac), Gaming devices and tablet computers.
