Teens: iPhone out, Galaxy S3 and Microsoft Surface in!

Microsoft_Surface

Apple is selling iPhone 5 successfully, but it now seems that the iPhone’s are too popular to be cool, according to report from Forbes. Forbes, also tells on same report that teens don’t want to see same device as they are using in hands of their parents, dentists or coffee baristas’s. Teens want latest, greatest phones that speaks to their generation. So what are now cool devices that teens want to use? Apparently Samsung Galaxy S3 and Microsoft Surface are both in, all teens should use these devices instead of Apple’s. It’s also believed that one reason is that Android devices are less expensive than Apple’s, which makes it more likely that parents are willing to buy new one for the teens, instead of handing them expensive iPhone.

Oprah tweets love for Microsoft Surface using an iPad!

Oprah hasn’t been hiding her feelings toward Microsoft’s Surface tablet. Earlier this month Oprah tweeted that Surface is one her favorite things. This morning, Oprah tweeted again her love towards Surface tablet, telling that she’s bought 12 of them already, but still she uses Twitter for iPad app to do so.

Oprah have prepared list of her 48 favorite things, and Surface tablet is in that list, along side with Beats by Dre powerbeats and many other tech gadgets. I think that Oprah don’t know very well that there’s also some Twitter apps for Windows RT tablet, such as Tweetro, Rowl and Metro Tweet. Twitter has also promised that it will launch it’s own app in coming weeks or months.

Seems that Oprah tweets love for Surface by using it’s competitors device, but yeah we all do that, right? Not really i guess.

Microsoft Surface rumored price $1000?!

WPCentral has found that Swedish website is taking pre-orders for Microsoft’s Surface tablet. Price in that website for 32Gb model was 6990krona, which is roughly $1000. Microsoft hasn’t released any information for pricing the Surface tablets yet, and they know that they wouldn’t charge so much for the tablet. Hopefully we see a little cheaper tablet on markets, you can now purchase 32Gb iPad for 479£ or 3G variant for 579£, it wouldn’t be easy to compete with Apple for those prices.
