Apple has just released iOS 6.0.2 update to eligible devices(eligible devices after the break). The update fixes long lasting Wi-Fi connectivity bug. Apple has tried to fox the issue in previous update, but the bug seemed to be too hard to fix with one update. There’s not much details on what else this update will include than the Wi-Fi bug fix.
The update is available now or in the near future in either iTunes or Software update in your iOS device.
Apple has released iTunes 11.0.1 update, just barely week after Apple introduced iTunes 11 to the masses. While the new iTunes update is only minor in numbers, it’s different story on new features. Apple has decide to bring back duplicate item finder, a feature that was removed from iTunes 11. Company also fixes an issue where “purchases in iCloud may not appear in one’s library if iTunes Match is turned on,” makes the whole program as whole much more responsive, and solves an issue where AirPlay button may not “appear as expected”. The update is now live, and you can grab it from Mac App Store.
Long wait is over, and yes Google Maps for iOS is finally here. Google Maps was previously the Map App for iOS to go, but then Apple decided to ditch the app and develop their own one, and we all know how that ended. Google Maps for iOS now includes turn-by-turn navigation. There’s currently no iPad optimized version yet, but the Maps app is iPhone 5 ready, head on the iTunes to get yourself new Google Maps app.
Google has updated YouTube app for iOS, just hours after it released Gmail app update for iOS. Updated YouTube app is now fully optimized for iPad and iPhone 5, and now you can use AirPlay feature in YouTube app to stream your videos directly to your TV. And new feature didn’t stop there, as now own you can also tap a logo to open one’s Guide of channels, ability to add and remove playlist videos, clickable links in video description and better accessibility with VoiceOver. Gmail go updated for Android yesterday and today is time to update Gmail for iOS. Google has just released Gmail update for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch users. The update reveals new look, plus many other of improvements like profile pictures in messages, multiple new animations and infinite scrolling in the message lists. Users can also RSVP to Google Calendar invites as well as +1 and comment Google+ posts directly from the Gmail.
There’s also now long waited multiple account support, enabling user to login to up to five Google accounts from the menu and switch between them with only few taps. You can download Gmail from iTunes or update it from App Store.

Apple (AAPL) is going to hold iTunes even in Russia on December 4th. Seems that Russian people are soon going to enjoy iTunes goods. Apple iTunes even in Russia is held at local GUM shopping center in Moscow’s Red Square, it’s only going to be small event. There’s been lot of rumors that Apple is going to launch iTunes in Russia, as App Store users in country were beginning to see music searches appear at very low cost.
According to report from vedomosti.ru, Apple is going to sell songs in Russia for 11-20 rubles each, about 0.27€-0.50€. It’s also rumored that Apple would launch iPhone 5 in the same day, but as we know now, iPhone 5 launch in Russia is on December 14th.
iTunes 11 is scheduled to launch today, according to report from Wall Street Journal. iTunes 11 was originally scheduled to launch in October, but Apple announced in late October that iTunes 11 has been delayed to November. There was some kind of engineering issues that required some re-build and that’s why launch was delayed.
This week, Mr. Cue faces a test of how well Apple can keep up in online services with the launch of a new desktop version of iTunes, which is expected as soon as Thursday.The new iTunes has been delayed a month by engineering issues that required parts to be rebuilt, according to people who have seen it.
The new version of the iTunes includes a new interface, a new MiniPlayer, improved iCloud media content synchronization and other new features to make music listening experience even better.
