Finnish startup Supercell wins the best startup competition in Scandinavia!
Finnish startup Supercell has won “the best startup” award in Scandinavia 2012. Supercell is known from it’s highly popular games like Clash of Titans and Hay Day. Those games are in the top positions in Apple App Store’s most profitable games chart in more than 90 countries.
“There’s more and more high-end startups rising from Finland and the region is fast becoming the Silicon Valley of Europe,” says CEO Ilkka Paananen supercell.

Apple’s new iMacs on sale now starting at €1,399!
Apple’s (AAPL) new iMacs goes finally on sale, starting at €1,399 and goes up to €2,129. 21.5-inch iMac is available straight away, but for those who wants bigger 27-inch iMac they have to wait a bit longer. 27-inch iMacs are on sale now too, but their shipping time is 15-19 days. New iMacs are re-designed and now only 5mm thin, and also weigh significantly less. Both 21.5-inch and 27-inch versions promises a 15 to 20 percent performance boost fueled partly by Intel’s Ivy Bridge, and partly with Apple’s Fusion Drive, a technology which combines HDD with 128GB SSD. Everything will be first stored to SSD until disk space runs out.
Displays of them both are also quite amazing, as 21.5-inch iMac has 1,920-by-1,080 screen resolution, while 27-inch iMac has 2,560-by-1,440 resolution. Both models packs quad-core i5 processors, 21.5-inch iMac starts with processor clocked at 2.7GHz and more expensive version of the 21.5-inch iMac is clocked to 2.9GHz. 27-inch iMacs lower price version is clocked at 2.9GHz and more expensive one at 3.2GHz.
Graphics card in these iMacs are Nvidia’s GT 640M for the €1,399 version, GT 650M for €1,599 version, GTX 660M for €1,490 version and GTX 675MX for €2,120 version.

Google updates it’s cloud app Drive, adds spreadsheet editing!
Google updates it’s cloud app Drive, now you can edit spreadsheets. The Drive app is updated for both iOS and Android devices. You can also create spreadsheets now with Google Drive and edit them too. There’s also now realtime access, letting you to see changes what your friends and colleagues as they’re made. Check out the full change list from below and head on the Google Play or Apple’s App Store to get yourself Google Drive.
What’s in this version:
1. Edit Google spreadsheets in new native editor
2. Edit contents of tables in Google Docs editor
3. Formatting is maintained when copy/pasting within Google Docs
4. Single tap to enter edit mode in Google Docs editor
5. Add a shortcut to Drive files/folders to your homescreen for quick access
6. Send Link now supports copying link to clipboard

UPDATE: Apple Store is down in Finland, Black Friday prices coming!?
UPDATE: Apple Store is now back live, and there’s some pretty interesting offers. iPad with Retina display starts now from 468€(previously 509€), iPad 2 is now priced at 368€(prev. 399€), iPod Touch 5th gen is now 308€(prev. 339€), iPod Touch 4th gen. 208€(prev. 229€), Macbook Air, Macbook Pro and Macbook Pro with Retina display are all now priced 101€ down.
Apple Store is now down in many other countries as well, including Sweden, UK, France, Poland, Germany and Netherlands.
Apple Store is down in Finland, this surely means that Apple is readying it’s store for Black Friday. Apple’s Black Friday prices went live already in Australia and in New Zealand. Apple is going to sell it’s products with discounted prices all around the world. Stay tuned.

Fake Apple apps appears in Google Play Store!
There seems to be fake Apple (AAPL) in Google (GOOG) Play. Those six fake apps are Garageband, iPhoto, iMovie, Keynote, Numbers and Pages. The pricing is also similar as legit versions in App Store, which makes it even harder to make the difference with fake apps and legit ones. Some have already downloaded these apps.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THESE APPS FROM GOOGLE PLAY, THEY ARE FAKE APPS!

Apple: three million iPads sold in three days!
Apple has just released press statement which they say that company sold three million iPads in three days. That number includes 4th generation iPad and iPad Mini. Company breaks it’s previous record on first weekend sales by doubling it’s new iPad sales, new record is now 3 million in three days. Apple’s CEO Tim Cook also told that they “practically sold out of iPad minis” and they are “working hard to build more quickly.” You can check out the press release from below.

Apple (AAPL) started to accept pre-orders of it’s iPad Mini and iPad 4. iPad mini is priced at 339€ and it’s shipping time is estimated to be 2 weeks, if you want to order iPad Mini with cellular, you can, but it’s ships in late November. Apple is also now accepting pre-orders of it’s 4th generation iPad, 16GB base model with Wi-Fi only is priced at 509€ and it ships in two weeks, and cellular model ships in late November. You can pre-order your iPad Mini or 4th generation iPad models straight from Apple’s web store.
