Chrome OS messaging center allegedly revealed in new image!

After being rumored last week that Google is working on a new notification center for its Chrome browser, and now there’s a image leaked that shows us the notification center and a unified messaging inbox. The image, revealed by developer François Beaufort, shows what seems to be alerts from Google+ and both voice and messaging services. The design of the notifications looks like waht you would see now on Google Now.

You can also see new icon on the image after the break, icon looks like messaging app, as there’s multi-colored bubbles on top of each other. Currently there’s many Google apps to keep in touch with your buddies, apps like Google Voice, Talk, Messenger, Gmail, and Google+, and it would be a good decision to bring all these apps together.

Galaxy S2 Plus now available in Finland for 378€!

Samsung has started to sell Galaxy S2 Plus in Finland for 378€, the device will be available in two different models, GT-I9105 (Without NFC) and GT-I9105P (With NFC). You’ll be able to buy the device from Gigantti. Galaxy S2 Plus runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, a WVGA (480-by-800) resolution display, two color variations Blue and White and it will be available in whole Europe this quarter. It also supports microSD cards up to 64GB, has better version of Bluetooth, 8MP camera on the back, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

Acer Iconia B1-A71 7-inch tablet now available in Finland for 139€!

Acer announced Iconia B1-A71 in CES 2013, and it’s now available in Finland for 139€. You can currently purchase it from Gingantti’s website. Acer Iconia B1-A71 is so called low-cost tablet with 7-inch display, 1.2GHz processor from MediaTek, 512MB of RAM, and it won’t set any records on benchmark tests, but it sure won’t hurt your wallet bad either. Ouya gaming console coming to stores in June for $99!

In case you missed out on Ouya’s Kickstarter deal, or you’re just waiting for the initial global launch, that shouldn’t take so long anymore. The company announced that the Ouya console will be available at retailers including Amazon, GameStop, Target and Best Buy for $99.99 this June, with pre-orders opening today. CEO Julie Uhrman informed Wall Street Journal’s Digits blog that additional controllers would be priced at $49,99 alongside the consoles at it’s official launch in June. CEO also told that Ouya will be a box that will inventive and creative content that has never before been seen on television.

ASUS video showcases 7-inch Memo Pad!

ASUS has just posted a video of it’s highly rumored Memo Pad 7, low-cost Android tablet. The video company posted shows what you can expect out of the Jelly Bean-loaded, low-cost tablet. ASUS shows the small chassis of the device and says that the device “fits perfect in your palm,” and that how effortless it is to stay in touch with your friends with video calling qualities and with BuddyBuzz. Other showcased features are expandable storage via microSD slot, plus some productivity and entertainment apps such as MyPainter, SuperNote Lite and ASUS Studio. Company also shows that Memo Pad 7 comes in three different colors Titanium Grey, Cherry Pink and Sugar White. Check out the video after the break.

ASUS Memo Pad 10 allegedly launching at MWC 2013!

Asus has made multiple Android tablets, so it’s not the biggest surprise that the company is going to show new tablets at Mobile World Congress this month. Following the already announced Memo Pad 7, Asus is allegedly launching Memo Pad 10 at MWC.

The Memo Pad 10 is said to follow it’s smaller 7-inch sibling in hitting a lower price point. Reported specs are a 1,280-by-800 display, a 1.2GHz Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, a 5MP camera on the back, 16GB of internal storage with microSD card expansion and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

HP officially announces Pavilion 14 Chromebook!

HP’s first Chromebook was leaked last week on their own website, and it was a big surprise that HP was making Chromebook, known that the company has never put Chrome OS to their system before. Now HP officially announced HP Pavilion 14 Chromebook, and it will be available starting today for $330. That’s much more than what you’ll pay for Samsung’s Chromebook ($249) or Acer’s C7 ($199). For the price you get similar specs s Acer C7, but the design is much more polished. Check out the specs and full press release after the break.

Wine coming to Android, will run Windows apps on Android devices!

Running Android apps on Windows isn’t the newest thing, but try to run Windows apps on Android. Alexandre Julliard, man behind the Wine compatibility layer, gave an update about an ARM-friendly flavor of the software and showed off a version that runs on Android at the FOSDEM 2013. According to the site Phoronix, the Windows app running on Android was “horrendously slow,” but the fact that the sample was chugging along on an Android emulator. Wine for Android is still in working progress and there’s no information about the actual launch.

PlayStation Vita comes to Asia in Ice silver on February 28th!

Sony has revealed new PlayStation Vita console, well not quite. Company announced that PlayStation Vita will be available in Ice White in Asian countries for February 28th. The new color is attached to Wi-Fi model and it will be the fourth special color since the launch of the PlayStation Vita over a year ago. Other colors are blue, red and white from 2012. Ice White PlayStation Vita in Hong Kong will cost you HK$2,280 (US$294), and as i sad earlier it will be available on February 28th. Ice White Vita will be available also in Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan, but in latter date. There’s no information about when Ice White Vita will be launched in other regions.

Netflix streams first episode of House of Cards for free, no account needed!

Netflix announced that House of Cards all episodes are available for watching starting today. Company also announced that first episode of the series will be free, and dont require a Netflix account. Netflix also gives Xbox Live Silver members free access to the streaming app through Sunday, but you’ll need to be paying Netflix user to watch anything.
