Samsung might be prepping Galaxy Note 7, according to NenaMark!

Earlier this week it was revealed that Huawei is developing 6.1-inch smartphone to compete with Galaxy Note 2. Now, recent NenaMark results reveal that Samsung might be developing 7-inch Galaxy Note. This actually makes sense as the company already has 5-inch and 10-inch Galaxy Note models. Of course Samsung has already 7-inch tablet too (Galaxy Tab2 7), but they don’t have tablet that size with S Pen support and Wacom display for sketching and taking notes.

Original ASUS PadFone introduced us smartphone inside tablet concept, and it was a success. Now, ASUS PadFone 2, which was launched this fall, started to get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update via OTA. It was quite a disappointment that ASUS would launch their popular smartphone/tablet combo with only Android Ice Cream Sandwich pre installed, but it’s great news that Jelly Bean update has started to roll out.

There’s also an entry in the Chromium project code site titled “Show Google Now Notifications in Chrome” along with some code revision for “Creating a skeleton for Google Now for Chrome implementation” hints that Google Now might be in a some development state, but yet far from ready. This of course means that Google Now is going to jump out of the mobile OS and showing it’s true colors to the wider audience.

Samsung has announced Premium Suite for Galaxy S3 and posted video to YouTube to demo it. The company started to roll out Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Update for Galaxy S3, roll out started in Poland. Huawei rumored to launch 6.1-inch smartphone to compete with Galaxy Note 2!?

Huawei has confirmed in Weibo that they are working on 6.1-inch smartphone to compete agains Samsung Galaxy Note 2. New 6.1-inch smartphone is called Ascend Mate and it has 6.1-inch Full HD display, 1.8GHz quad-core CPU and 2GB of RAM. Senior Vice President Yu Chengdong confirmed that the company is working on such a device. The Huawei executive added that it will be more powerful than the Galaxy Note 2 and include “cooler” design, slimmer bezel, better grip, more stunning display and longer battery life.

HTC isn’t going to let Nokia conquer Chinese market by themselves and have announced that they are going to launch 8X, 8S and Butterfly smartphones to Chinese markets.
