LG wants to ban Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 in South Korea!
Samsung previously served LG with OLED patent infringement and corporate teft, and LG promptly counter sued. Samsung then escalated by widening it’s list of patent complaints, forcing LG to file for a retaliatory injunction against the “sale, manufacture and importation” of one of Samsung’s products. The device at stake now is Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, which actually doesn’t rival in any LG products currently on markets. LG now claims that Samsung has breached three LG patents concerning the improvement of the viewing angles. OUYA developer kits begins shipping ahead of schedule, starts arriving tomorrow!
Waiting to get your OUYA developer kit? Wait no more. Highly anticipated OUYA gaming console are shipping earlier than expected. One OUYA customer posted their shipping notification in a OUYA forums, and multiple individuals on Twitter also posting that their devices are arriving sooner than expected. OUYA first announced that first patch of OUYA developerr kits would be shipping out tomorrow, December 28th, but an OUYA spokesperson has informed that deliveries will actually start tomorrow. The software development kit will be available for download starting tomorrow, for those who don’t want to purchase a hardware kit as well. Apple rumored of building Bluetooth smart watch!
Apple is rumored of building Bluetooth Smart Watch, according to report from tech.163. Apple would be working with Intel in order to create the smart watch, with 1.5-inch PMOLED display made by RiTDisplays with ITO-coated glass. Sources close the subject also told to tech.163 that the expected launch of the Smart Watch would be first half of the next year.
The rumored Smart Watch would work together with iPhone. At the moment we can’t confirm or deny this rumor, and if the Apple is making the Smart Watch, it would take a while before it will hit the stores. It’s also proven that “smart watches” can be highly profitable, you might remember Pebble and MetaWatch. We’ll have to wait and see where will this rumor take us, but i think that in the future many people will have Apple watch on their wrist.
Finnish startup Supercell makes $1 million per day, beating even EA at the app game!
Wondering how much successful startup companies makes money in Finland? Wonder no more. Clash of Clans and Hay Day developer, Finnish studio Supercell is generating approximately $1 million in gross revenues a day, putting it a head of EA, Rovio, Gree and Zynga in the list of top iOS publishers by monthly revenues in November, according to report from The Next Web.
Supercell currently employees 70 members, and it’s revenues comes from two games only, if you compare that to EA, who has 969 iOS apps on the markets, it’s pretty impressive, right? The Next Web also reports that Apple takes it’s 30% cut of transactions, Supercell nets 700,000$ a day from game sales and in microtransactions within Hay Day and Clash of Clans.
Google announces 10 best Android Apps for 2012!
Apple has done it already, and by that i mean picked best apps for 2012, and now it’s time to Google’s announce best Android apps for 2012. Not all of the app were launched in 2012, some apps got huge updates boosting their functionality and allowing them in the top Android apps list of 2012.
