HTC announces Windows Phone 8X: high-end handset. Windows Phone 8X has 4.3-inch 720p display, LTE, dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, 1Gb of RAM, 16Gb of internal storage, 1,800mHa battery. Windows Phone 8X is high-end device similar as HTC One X. Windows Phone 8X is HTC’s Windows Phone 8 flagship model and will compete with Samsung’s Ativ and With Nokia’s Lumia 920. HTC’s handset will be available in four colors California Blue, Graphite Black, Flame Red and Limelight Yellow. It’s launching in October for 150+ carriers worldwide, but no pricing details released yet.
