Apple ditching Google Maps from iOS6!(VIDEO)

Apple has been using Googles maps since 2007, but now it seems that Apple is going to use their own map program in their coming iOS 6. Apples map program is said to be similar as Googles but only much cleaner, faster and more reliable experience. The most significant aspect of new map program is has new 3D mode, it’s not there as in default but user can just click 3D button and you can see map in 3D.

Apple has acquired many mapmakers including Placebase, C3 Technologies and Poly9. 3D map is using technology what C3 Technologies used in their map programs.

Facebook Messenger for iOS and Android Updated!!

Facebook updated messenger for iOS and Android adding few new features and usability tweaks. Maybe the biggest new feature is read receipts, familiar with iMessage. Every time you send a message you can see when it’ been read and you can see your friends name when sending you message back.before there were only three dots to indicate you. This feature work also in group messaging, you can see persons picture and name who is typing message.

Theres no Video-chat feature yet but we think it’s coming in near feature. Theres no dates when native Facebook Messenger for iPad is coming.
