Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for LG Optimus G rolling out in Korea!
While the company didn’t unveil it’s next generation Optimus G2 in CES 2013, there’s some pretty good news for Optimus G users. The official Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update is now available in Korea. If you’re based on another country and have Optimus G, you’ll have to wait for a while to get the update running on your device, but probably not for long. It looks like all three South Korean models of the Optimus G are receiving the update: LG-F180S (for SK Telecom), LG-F180K (for KT), and LG-F180L (for KG U+).
Optimus G is LG’s high-end Android smartphone packing 4.7-inch IPS+ display, 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm CPU, 2GB of RAM and a 13MP shooter on the back. Check out the source link for more information after the break.
